We hope you are very happy with your purchases from Buckstate. We love designing our products and strive to provide you, our customer, products that will bring enjoyment for a long time to come. Should you, however, wish to return your product you can do so for any reason if it is in new condition within 30 days.
If we are unable to repackage the product as new they will more than likely be donated to animal welfare or wildlife fund charity.

As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, if the product is the wrong size we will exchange it for another available size as specified by you.
Returning clothes for an exchange
The web is great but let’s face it, it’s not a changing room. To help make your purchase worry free we will find the same product in a different size or color if you don’t like the one you purchased.
If products have been clearly worn or cleaned and therefore not in ‘new condition’ you may be eligible for a 50% off voucher in the place of exchange if no damage has occurred.
Returning products in new condition
For defective goods, we will, of course, offer a product exchange, full refund or voucher for the total purchase cost as directed by you.
For returns that are not defective, we can offer an exchange, voucher or refund the product cost.
Damaged goods
While we do include a care label with our products and encourage customers to take every reasonable precaution from the time of delivery, products that have been damaged due to improper use or negligence including damage from cleaning and ironing, unfortunately, are not eligible for refunds of any type. In good faith, we may, however, provide a voucher to help with another purchase at our discretion.
How to return products
Simply return the product with all product packaging and accessories along with your full name and address and include a note as to the type of return you need (wrong size, replacement or faulty goods) to:

Please put your return address on the parcel and ideally use tracking from the carrier of your choice. Buckstate cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive at the above address.
It will also help us greatly, but is not necessary, to send an email or use the contact form informing us of the reason for return to help us with the exchange & return process.
Refunds
Accepted returns will be refunded within 2 weeks from the date we receive the goods from you. Replacement items will be shipped as soon as possible under the standard Orders and Delivery section within our full Terms and Conditions.
